Fresh fruit, fresh herbs, fresh vegetables – our Produce Department is all about FRESH! We go to market in Wisconsin and Illinois to select the freshest PREMIUM, top quality fruits and vegetables for you and your family. Flavorful, crisp and delicious. Healthy, wholesome and nutritious. Salad Bar

Salads pack the maximum nutrition punch. Build your own in our Produce Department Salad Bar. Begin by selecting one/several of our greens and lettuce blends. Then add some fresh veggies – as many as you want! Choose from five different cheeses. Select crab, chicken, turkey, ham and/or homemade bacon bits. We also have garbanzo beans, seeds, nuts – and some of the best homemade croutons you've ever tasted. Salad dressing? We have eight varieties. Fresh black pepper? You've got it.

Vegetables

Everyone loves eating ALL their vegetables when they're from Grasch Foods. Once you've had a salad made from our organic mescaline lettuce or tried our fresh sugar snap peas, we promise you'll become a veggie lover too. Our selection of vegetables – from bi-color corn to broccoli and snow peas, from peppers to potatoes and tomatoes to squash – is garden crisp and fresh.

Herbs

Fresh herbs turn "okay" taste into "fabulous" flavor in a snap. We have Basil, Bay Leaf, Chervil, Chives, Dill, Lemon Grass, Marjoram, Mint, Oregano, Italian Parsley, Rosemary, Sage, Savory, Sorel, Tarragon, Thyme and Lemon Thyme. Like a lot of garlic? Hate peeling it? Look for our fresh peeled garlic, too!

Fruit

The taste of a perfect premium apple. Sweet juicy berries. Ripe melons. Fresh-squeezed grapefruit and orange juice. Whole or sliced; packed and ready to go. Our Produce Department has an orchard of fruit ripe for the picking.

Specialty Dried Fruits and Vegetables, Candies, Nuts & Seeds
